1. General Provisions & Entity Information

This website is operated by 1275628 - L.L.C - S.P.C (Trade Name: Minimist Design), a legal entity registered in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, under Economic License Number CN-6071165. By accessing this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.

3. Payment Terms & Currency

  • Currency: Prices are displayed and processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise noted at checkout.
  • Deposit: A 50% deposit of the total project value is required to secure your project slot.
  • Final Balance: The remaining 50% balance is due upon project completion. This payment must be cleared after we have delivered the project, connected the domain, and provided all digital assets, but prior to the final transfer of website ownership or the release of media assets without watermarks.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Pre-Start Cancellation: If a client requests a refund before the scheduled project start date, 50% of the deposit (25% of the total project value) is refundable.
  • Post-Start Cancellation: Once work has commenced on the project, the deposit is strictly non-refundable.
  • Force Majeure: In cases of documented force majeure or extreme personal circumstances occurring after the refund deadline, Minimist Design allows clients to apply their deposit toward a future project date without penalty.

5. Service Delivery & Fulfillment

Services provided under Activity Code 6311007 (Network Websites Contents Entering and Supplying) are considered "fulfilled" once the digital content is delivered, the website is functional on the client’s domain, and all agreed-upon digital assets have been handed over.

6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, Minimist Design and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on this website. Upon receipt of full and final payment, ownership of specific custom web design assets will be transferred to the Client.
